Sometimes we just don’t know the full names of the people we feature but none the less Rafafans is a brilliant designer with a fresh unique style. Rafafans work is a breath of fresh air as well as having a much deeper meaning from the aesthetic you see. Rafafans style is some how transferred into his photographic work which is incredibly raw giving a sense of nostalgia with the colours and tones. Some really lovely, ‘break the mould’ work by Rafafans.

The lighting and composition in each of his shot is beautiful and the way the shadows fall really help to make the photograph as good as it can possibly be. Allie sent us an email beack in December to tell us about their work. “I am a Portland-based artist and this collection of images consists of a series of intimately-sized instant black and white prints I have taken in and around my home, my grandparents’ house and of the local landscape.” Allie’s work is really unique and some of the best instant film shots we’ve seen.
