Over the weekend we came across a project by Alex Roman which we must have watched half a dozen times already. The Third & The Seventh is a film that explores architecture through a cinematic lens, however this film is created using cgi. The skill and talent that has gone into making this film is brilliant but what really struck us was the composition, lighting and depth of field of each individual shot, these things a long with the music are what make this short film a must see.

Christian Flatscher’s photography is really beautiful and here you can see his work from his architectural work ‘diverses’. Christians work is mostly made up of architectural photography but his work also crosses into landscape and seing both genres together is something really refreshing and amazing.

Michael Hansmeyer is an architect and programmer who explores the use of algorithms and computation to generate architectural form. It’s really nice coming across someone like Michael, someone who is exploring new ways of creating things and Michaels way is amazing and produces some amazing results.

Okay so we don’t know much about architecture but by what we can tell Danny Wills does. He has a really nice selection of architecture and photography. What really caught our eye was his photography from Mike Tysons abandoned house… quite weird but makes some cool photographs.
