Matteo Basile - 30 Nov 09-

matteoMatteo Basile has an incredible body of work even if in some instances it is quite disturbing and very surreal. Matteo has done more exhibitions than we knew was physically possible and is still producing some top class work. The way he manages to put across a feeling whilst you are looking at his images is quite amazing, as you can see in this image. Definitely worth looking through his whole portfolio.

Alexandra Petracchi - 30 Nov 09-

alexAlexandra Petracchi is a French illustrator who has a pretty unique portfolio. Her style reminds us of an old skool Disney look (think fantasia) mixed with her own more modern look. Alexandra has an amazing style and is able to put this across many different aspects of design and illustration.

Kelly Allen - 25 Nov 09-

kelly“I have been a maker of objects and images for as long as I can remember. Obsessive creation keeps me going. Having recently completed my MFA in Drawing at Kendall College of Art and Design, my current focus has been on gouache and graphite drawings on paper. I find utmost joy in experimenting in all things, whether I am combining images in a drawing, making creatures out of sculpey clay, giving a buzz cut to my cats, or cooking enormous pots of soup”
