Scott Hansen - 30 Sep 09-

iso50We just posted Alex Varanese, whose work reminded us of Scott Hansen’s. We are sure most of you know of Scott Hansen (who also goes by the name of ISO50) but if you don’t you need to know about him. Having a similar style to Alex, that being an old fashioned, retro, communistic feel. We love this look as it brings back the past but uses it in a new modern way, something Scott does incredibly well, thus being the reason he is at the top of the game.

Alex Varanese - 30 Sep 09-

aexWe love this style of illustration, the sort of vintage, retro look. Alex Varanese is very good at what he does, that being illustration and typography. Even Alex’s typography has a look which is old fashioned and could have easily been used in communist propaganda posters in the days of Soviet Russia.

Luke James - 29 Sep 09-

lukeLuke James just sent us an email making us aware of his portfolio and work, which was very nice of him. It’s nice receiving emails with peoples work, especially when it’s this good. Luke has a lot of brilliant work which also has a political opinionated touch to it, which is always a bonus. Art is so much more than making something look pretty, it’s about having an opinion and putting it across to everyone and Luke does this really well in his work.
